Kristen Schultz Dollard is the Director of Brand Strategy for Yoga Journal and completed a 200-Hour Registered Yoga training in 2003. Alongside Ayurvedic Physician John Douillard, Schultz Dollard is the author of The Yoga Body Diet: Slim & Sexy (Without the Stress). Alison McCue teaches a powerful, well-sequenced flow that offers the body and mind full workouts. She believes flowing with the breath and finding the stillness of the mind are just as important as the movement of the body. She challenges students physically and then allows them to go further in thoughtful yin positions for a fully integrated experience. Dan Nevins shares his story of service on and off of the battlefield, and the life lessons he has learned, as a bilateral below the knee amputee. His story of how meditation and yoga rescued him from darkness continues to be his leading source of inspiration to help lead fellow wounded warriors to their yoga mats. Dan feel strongly about the life changing power of yoga and devotes most of his time to teaching yoga, leading “Take Off Your Legs” yoga workshops, teacher training weekends and master classes at every opportunity.

Paige Held is the co-creator of Hot Fusion Yoga and the co-owner of The Yoga Joint. Jeffrey Posner's attitude for yoga is intense and uplifting. He has been training and teaching in the Greater New York area under the guidance of Dana Flynn and the Laughing Lotus
Yoga Center. His classes are described as fun and challenging providing "toolbox" techniques for approaching asanas and inversions.

Perfect your downward dog under the trees at our 12th season of outdoor yoga classes, presented by Athleta with instructors curated by Yoga Journal and media support from Flavorpill. Mats are provided by Athleta - no need to bring your own!

Tiffany Cruikshank is an international yoga teacher, author, and health and wellness expert who travels the globe training teachers and students on how to use yoga as medicine. Her yoga classes are guided by a strong anatomic focus intermingled with her characteristic playfulness. You will leave her classes with a deeper awareness of how the anatomy relates to the yoga practice and an experience of how to use that knowledge in practice.
