We are excited to have our free Tuesday morning yoga class back on the Upper Terrace this summer! Registration is required this year, and please bring your own mat*, water, and a towel as needed. Masks are recommended, and attendance will be capped to allow for proper social distancing.

*Bryant Park is not supplying yoga mats for class. Be sure to bring your own!

Kosha Rakholia is a South-Asian certified yoga instructor and has been practicing Hatha Yoga since the age of 10. She is passionate about spreading the ancient wisdom and modern science connected to yoga. Her classes usually consist of breath work, guided meditation, movement, asana, and balance. Kosha feels grateful to have learned the healing and grounding practice of yoga, and strives to share her experience with her community.
