From HIIT and Pilates to Yoga and more, the Fifth Avenue Terrace is home to everything you need for a total body workout!
Class takes place outdoors on the Fifth Avenue Terrace, in front of the iconic New York Public Library. Take the main stairs from Fifth Avenue to the terrace, then turn left (south) to the green turf area, where class will be held.
This signature all level fitness class developed by international wellness expert and yoga teacher Linda Gastaldello, combines simple elements of cardio, SCULPT, plyometric and functional movements with elements of coaching and mindfulness to workout feelings,body, mind and soul. Through precise instruction, you’ll feel challenged by the repetition of the movements and ready to dive deep in yourself. You will be invited to notice mental patterns around challenges and learn about your action/reaction. The result is a transformative experience in your body as well as a resilient and equanimous mind.

Escape the hustle and bustle with noise cancellation headphones and land with Sputnik Yoga to a soundscape of breath and movement! The class will be complemented with deep house and other dance tunes inspired tunes accompanied by clear voice instruction to remove you from your world!
Each class is open level Vinyasa, with an ab burn out and will be set to dynamic beats
Class is limited to 50 participants, and is first come first served.
Mats will not be provided.
