Wellness Experience

A celebration of health and wellness

Bryant Park is excited to introduce our first ever Wellness Experience Sunday, September 15. This day will celebrate health and feature concepts from various fitness studios and discussion panels with authorities in the wellness field. Join us for free yoga, cardio, dance, and stretch classes, and much more!

Everything will be free and open to the public—because feeling good should be accessible to all.
