This summer, our free Wednesday evening yoga class is back on the lawn! Please register for each class and bring your own mat (the park does not provide yoga mats). We also recommend bringing water and a towel. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of practice.
Kanan has always had a passion for helping people, which led her to a career as a therapist and yoga teacher with a focus on well-being through all stages of life. Born in India, the birthplace of Yoga, Kanan was introduced to physical and mental health through her upbringing and lifestyle. Melding her psychotherapy training with yoga, meditation, and a holistic healing approach, Kanan has designed her unique practice of well-being and become a leading expert for body, mind, and spiritual awareness. Kanan founded The Vastu Yoga - based on evidence-based therapeutic teachings of Yoga, aligning practice and philosophy.
