Kids Week Returns to Bank of America Winter Village

Kids Week at Bank of America Winter Village begins on Monday, February 17, and runs through Saturday, February 22. Timed to coincide with NYC schools’ midwinter recess, Kids Week is the perfect solution for parents wondering how to get the kids out of the house.

All activities are open to all kids. No pre-registration is required, but space may be limited for some events. We suggest you arrive early to ensure a spot. Please note: Broomball Open Play is recommended for children ages 10 and up, but younger children can play with parental consent.  

Here’s the schedule of events: 

Daily:

• Free Group Skate Lesson (Monday-Friday), 9:30am, The Rink. Skate rental is not included. Participants are welcome to bring their own skates or rent them at the box office.
• Ice Skating Performance (Monday-Friday), 10:45am and 12:15pm, The Rink.
• Drop-In Arts & Crafts, 2pm-3:30pm, Overlook.

Monday, February 17:

• Drop-In Curling Demo, 11am-1pm, Rink Deck.
• Ice Fishing, 11am-1pm, Fountain Terrace.
• Puppet Show, 12:30pm-1:30pm, Overlook.
• Kids Chess Lesson, 4pm-5pm, Overlook.

Tuesday, February 18:

• Broomball Open Play, 11am-noon, The Rink.
• Science Demo, 12:30pm-1:30pm, Overlook.
• Draw Yourself as a Superhero Workshop, 4pm-5pm, Overlook.

Wednesday, February 19:

• Drop-In Curling Demo, 11am-1pm, Rink Deck.
• Ice Fishing, 11am-1pm, Fountain Terrace.
• Sculpture Workshop, 12:30pm-1:30pm, Overlook.
• Yogi Beans Class, 4pm-5pm, Overlook.

The family-friendly fun continues throughout the park. The Rink is open 8am-10pm every day through March 1, and Le Carrousel is open 11am-7pm every day of Kids Week.
