Bank of America To Expand Presence in Neighborhood

January 17, 2018

Ever since moving into One Bryant Park on 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue, Bank of America has consistently proven to be a great neighbor.

From supporting the HBO Bryant Park Summer Film Festival, to collaborating on NYC’s most exciting holiday attraction, Bank of America Winter Village, Bank of America has been an invaluable member of the Bryant Park community.

It was with joy that we learned that Bank of America recently announced plans to expand its Bryant Park presence. As reported in the New York Post, the bank has signed a deal to occupy the entire 386,000-square-foot office building just across the street at 1100 Avenue of the Americas, replacing its current tenant, HBO.

We were indeed sad to learn that HBO announced plans to relocate to Hudson Yards in 2019. HBO has also been a fantastic neighbor, and helped us make history by collaborating with us on the greatest outdoor film series in the country. We wish to express our gratitude to both companies. There’s nothing like good neighbors.
