Campari America Moving to Grace Building

March 21, 2018

Bryant Park will welcome a famous name in international spirits to the neighborhood next fall when Campari America, the U.S. arm of the spirits company Campari Group, moves to the Grace Building, just across 42nd Street from the park.

As reported in the Commercial Observer and elsewhere, the company recently signed a 10-year, 64,658-square foot lease with the building’s owners Brookfield Property Partners and The Swig Company, and will relocate its headquarters from San Francisco.

The company, known for a roster of brands that includes Skyy Vodka and Wild Turkey Bourbon, has been based in San Francisco since 1992. Bringing its entire team of 165 employees, Campari will occupy the entire 18th and 19th floors in the 48-story building when it moves in the fall.

“We are thrilled to welcome Campari America to the Grace Building, bringing the prestigious global beverage leader to Bryant Park and the heart of New York City,” a Brookfield spokesperson told Commercial Observer.
