Cava Grill to Join Expanding Lunch Lineup

Rapidly-expanding DC-based Cava Grill recently announced plans to expand its NYC presence this summer, and one of the new restaurants will be located across the street from Bryant Park at 11 West 42nd Street. This will add another healthy alternative to the food scene around the park, which has undergone a radical transformation in the past few years.

Cava Grill offers customizable salads, grain bowls, and pitas with a Mediterranean flair. The company designs each new restaurant to complement its neighborhood, and in deference to the heavy lunch scene around Bryant Park, there will be no seating. Instead, there will be two lines: one for in-store ordering and one for picking up online orders.
