COVID-19 Update

March 19, 2020

All of our public spaces, which include Bryant Park, Herald Square and Greeley Square Parks, and Broadway Boulevard, remain open to the public. We ask visitors to please maintain proper social distance (six feet between people) when visiting the park. We are continuing with enhanced measures to keep our public areas safe and clean with increased frequency of cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces in high-traffic areas and furniture. Staff keeping these spaces safe, clean, and open to the public are providing an essential service and we give them our deepest thanks and appreciation.

Most events, programs, and amenities have been cancelled through May 13, and Le Carrousel at Bryant Park is closed indefinitely. Visitor Services kiosks and carts will operate on weekdays from 9:30am - 4:30pm, but close on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice. We will share updates on all activities and amenities as soon as they are available.

Breads Bakery and Le Pain Quotidien food kiosks at Bryant Park remain open for takeaway service at this time. All other kiosks and restaurants in our public spaces are closed until further notice.

As we closely monitor the progress of COVID-19 and take guidance from local agencies, we will adjust our policies as needed. The best way to follow developments is to check in at our websites  (www.bryantpark.org and www.34thstreet.org) and on social media @bryantparknyc and @34thStNYC.

Our executive offices are closed indefinitely but our staff continues to work from home, and we are still answering the phone and responding to email queries. If you have any questions or concerns, please call 212-768-4242 or email info@bryantpark.org or 34st@urbanmgt.com.

Meanwhile, we urge everyone to follow the recommendations of the CDC and stay safe.
