One Bryant Park on the Silver Screen

The next time you’re watching a film based in New York and the scene shifts to an ultra-modern office building with a nearby park, chances are the scene was shot at our neighbor, One Bryant Park.

Instantly iconic upon opening in 2013, One Bryant Park has become the locale of choice for producers and directors seeking to convey the power and energy of the city. Productions with scenes shot there include Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Younger, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, and The Newsroom. In the last three months alone, as reported by Lea Palmieri at the Decider blog, scenes shot at the building have appeared in the films Ibiza, I Feel Pretty, and Set It Up. 

With its neighbors Bryant Park, HBO, and 3 Bryant Park, One Bryant Park helps to make the intersection of 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue one of NYC’s great corners.
