Fete Picnic party

If you prefer to customize your own party, Fete Picnic is the ideal plan!
Cost: $50 per child (up to 12 children), $600 minimum

This picnic package includes:

• Unlimited rides on Le Carrousel for one hour during regular hours of operation*
• Use of party space adjacent to Le Carrousel for an hour and a half
• Set up of tables, chairs, and umbrellas
• ID bracelets for unlimited carousel rides during the hour, needed for admission.
• Onsite liaison from the park’s staff

Client to provide if desired:

• Food & beverage
• All paper goods, decorations, candles, etc.
• Cake
• Party favors
• Entertainment with prior park approval and a $100 location fee

Fete Pastorale party

If you prefer exclusive use of the carousel**, choose Fete Pastorale!
Cost: $65 per child (up to 12 children), $780 minimum

This package includes:

• Everything in the Picnic package
• Pizza and beverages for children

Client to provide, if desired:

• Cake
• All paper goods, utensils, table decor, party decorations, birthday candles, etc.
• Party favors
• Entertainment with prior approval of Bryant Park management and a $100 location fee

Fete Galante party

If you want it all, with exclusive use of the carousel**, host a deluxe party!
Cost: $85 per child (up to 12 children), $1,020 minimum

This package includes:

• Everything in the Pastorale package
• Face painting or balloon twisting for 1 hour (covers 12 children)***

Client to provide, if desired:

• Cake
• All paper goods, utensils, table decor, party decorations, birthday candles, etc.
• Party favors

Please note:

• Weekday parties have a 10% discount for the first 12 children, which will be calculated when we settle up during your party (add-ons are not subject to discounts)
• All Le Carrousel parties last 90 minutes and may be extended by 30 minutes at $200 per half hour. Maximum extension time is one hour. Time extensions allow for an additional 30 minutes of carousel rides for all children.
• *There is no exclusive party usage of the carousel for Fete Picnic parties.
• **Exclusive use of the carousel for Fete Pastorale and Fete Galante parties is only available outside of carousel operating hours.
• ***Pending availability. If face painting or balloon twisting cannot be booked the package will automatically be reduced to the Fete Pastorale package.
