Dave Gonzales and Gavin Edwards, MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios

Dave Gonzales, co-author of MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios, is a writer, producer, and podcast host living in Denver, Colorado. He has written about movies and pop culture for outlets including The New York Times, the Guardian, Forbes.com, TVGuide.com, VanityFair.com, Thrillist.com, Polygon.com, and Geek.com. While attending New York University, he co-founded the independent podcast Fighting In The War Room, one of Time magazine’s top ten podcasts of 2021. After returning to Colorado, Dave expanded his podcast work, hosting The Storm: A Lost Rewatch Podcast and Trial By Content for The Ringer network. He has been an animation producer for the Teen Mom franchise on MTV since 2009.
Gavin Edwards is the New York Times–bestselling author of fourteen books, including biographies of Bill Murray, Samuel L. Jackson, and Fred Rogers. He has also written for numerous magazines and newspapers—most frequently, Rolling Stone, The New York Times, and Details. The first Marvel comic book he ever read was X-Men Annual #4, where the mutants visit Dante’s Inferno. In the name of journalism, he has hiked the Great Wall of China, entered a demolition derby, and participated in the world’s largest tomato fight. He can be found with his family in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Scott Adlerberg is the author of the novels Spiders and Flies, Jungle Horses, Graveyard Love, Jack Waters, and The Screaming Child. He has written many short stories and contributes pieces regularly to sites such as CrimeReads, Mystery Tribune, and Criminal Element. Every summer, he hosts the Reel Talks film commentary series in Bryant Park in Manhattan. He was born in New York City and lives in Brooklyn.
