Their heavenly chocolate Babka has won the hearts of food critics citywide, but Breads Bakery doesn’t stop at just sweets. Savory sandwiches and salads, rustic baguettes, and traditional breakfast pastries are served alongside fresh-brewed coffee at their Bryant Park kiosk. Each scrumptious offering is baked from scratch at their Union Square headquarters, where Israeli-born chef Uri Scheft first opened Breads in 2013.
