June 26, 2025, 1:00pm–3:00pm

Join us at the Art Cart for free workshops all summer long.

Inspired by Liu Shiming's bronze tablet works, students will create narrative clay tablets to explore personal storytelling, memory, dreams, culture, and identity. Students will gain an understanding of how visual art can communicate stories, ideas, and emotions. Students will express their experiences or imaginations through symbolic imagery and design, drawing inspiration from urban life, tradition, and the changing landscapes around them.
