An award-winning journalist, Ruthie Ackerman's writing has been published in Vogue, Glamour, O Magazine, The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Salon, Slate, Newsweek, and more. Her Modern Love essay for The New York Times became the launching point for her memoir, The Mother Code. Ruthie launched The Ignite Writers Collective in 2019 and since then has become an in-demand book coach and developmental editor. Her client wins include a USA Today bestseller, book deals with Big 5 publishers, representation by buzzy book agents, and essays in prestigious outlets. She has a Master's in Journalism from New York University and lives in Brooklyn with her family.

Mike Drucker is an Emmy-nominated writer and comedian living in New York. He has won two Writers Guild Awards for his work in television on shows including Mystery Science Theater 3000, Late Night, The Tonight Show, Bill Nye Saves the World, Adam Ruins Everything, and Full Frontal with Samantha Bee. Mike has also written for Nintendo, Sony, and Valve, working on the English language scripts for games including Kid Icarus: Uprising. More of his comedy writing can be found in The New Yorker, The Onion, McSweeney's and Marvel Comics.

David Litt is the New York Times bestselling author of Thanks, Obama; Democracy in One Book or Less; and It’s Only Drowning. A former senior speechwriter for Barack Obama, described as “the comic muse for the president” for his work on White House Correspondents’ Dinner monologues, he has also written for The New York Times, The AtlanticThe Washington Post, Los Angeles TimesCosmopolitan, and more. Along with writing speeches and jokes for political figures, athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, and philanthropists, David was the head writer/producer at Funny Or Die, DC, and has written and sold comedy pilots for Comedy Central, ABC, and NBC. He and his wife divide their time between Washington, DC, and Asbury Park, New Jersey.

As an actress, Ilana Levine has performed on stage and screen to critical acclaim. On Broadway, Ilana is best known to musical theater fans for her comedic turn as "Lucy Van Pelt" in the Broadway revival of, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown.
