A panel for suspense lovers with authors Alison Gaylin, Robert B. Parker’s Booked; Ed Lin, The Dead Can’t Make a Living; and Kimberly McCreight, Someone Else’s Husband. Hosted by Ilana Levine, actress and podcaster at Little Known Facts with Ilana Levine.

Alison Gaylin is an international and USA Today bestselling author who has won the Edgar and Shamus awards. Her work has been published in the US, UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Romania and Denmark, and she has been nominated for numerous awards, including the Macavity, Anthony, ITW Thriller and Strand Book Award.  In addition to her novels, she has published many short stories and collaborated with Megan Abbott on the graphic novel Normandy Gold.

Ed Lin, a native New Yorker of Taiwanese and Chinese descent, is the first author to win three Asian American Literary Awards. His books include Waylaid, and a mystery trilogy set in New York’s Chinatown in the ‘70s: This Is a Bust, Snakes Can’t Run, and One Red Bastard. Ghost Month, published by Soho Crime, is a Taipei-based mystery. Incensed, 99 Ways to Die, Death Doesn’t Forget, and The Dead Can’t Make a Living continue that series. David Tung Can’t Have a Girlfriend Until He Gets into an Ivy League College, his first YA novel, was published by Kaya Press. Lin lives in Brooklyn with his wife, actress Cindy Cheung, and son.

Kimberly McCreight is the New York Times bestselling author of eight novels, including Reconstructing Amelia, which was called Entertainment Weekly’s Favorite Book of the Year and has been optioned for TV by HBO, Nicole Kidman’s Blossom Films, and David E. Kelley. A Good Marriage was named a Best Book of the Summer by The New York Times, People, and Publishers Weekly. A TV adaptation of A Good Marriage is coming soon from Amazon and Nicole Kidman’s Blossom Films. A national bestseller, also currently being adapted for television, McCreight’s most recent book, Like Mother, Like Daughter (Knopf), was named a CBS New York book club pick and was a Book of the Month selection. McCreight is also the author of the New York Times bestselling young adult trilogy The Outliers, optioned for film by Lionsgate. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her two daughters.
