Cara Bastone is the bestselling author of Ready or Not, Promise Me Sunshine and No Matter What. She lives and writes in Brooklyn with her husband, sons, and an almost-goldendoodle. Her goal with her work is to find the swoon in ordinary love stories. She’s been a fan of the romance genre since she found a grocery bag filled with her grandmother’s old Harlequin Romances when she was in high school. She’s a fangirl for pretzel sticks, long walks through Prospect Park, and love stories featuring men who aren’t hobbled by their own masculinity.

Amy Ewing holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School. Her debut young adult fantasy novel, The Jewel, became a New York Times and international bestseller. As a freelance editor and the daughter of a librarian, books have always been a crucial part of her life. She lives in NYC with her fiancé, two rescue dogs, and far more books than she has shelf space for.

Jennifer O’Brien finished her first novel, The House That Fixed Me, as a tribute to her late sister in 2020, redefining what it means to be a late bloomer and how seasons can sometimes surprise you. She writes small, beach town romances set in the Hamptons and the North Fork of Long Island with good design and lots of heart. The Summer I Found You is her third novel.

Edward Schmit is an author based in New York City. From theatre kid to graphic designer to creative director, he’s always exploring new ways to tell stories. A passionate mental health advocate, he’s worked in the nonprofit space for over seven years. The Open Era is his debut novel and combines three things close to his heart: queer love stories, mental health awareness, and the most beautiful sport in the world—tennis.
