Join us at the Art Cart for free workshops all summer long!
At this workshop, participants choose a creature they've spotted, or might spot, in the park and paint it large and bold on canvas board. Squirrels, pigeons, sparrows, beetles, butterflies, bees, cardinals — all are fair game. Child friendly and all ages, observation based, and genuinely painterly: the goal is a bold, confident painting, not a perfect portrait.
