Kids Week Schedule

Kids Week kicks off with an exciting commemoration of the Winter Games, adding onto the Winter Village’s month-long programming. Kids can pay a visit to the iceless Curling lanes during our kids-only hours, add to the peaks and valleys of a miniature snowboarding course in Overlook, or craft their very own torch perfect for a gold medalist.

The second day of Kids Week takes kids back to medieval times with activities fit for kings and queens! Start off the morning by dressing the part, with crafting your very own crown and sword. Musician Erin Lee will lead a storytime featuring favorite stories about princesses, dragons, and knights. Finish the day by writing your own proclamation to share with your kingdom or gather the courage to try a catapult on the Fountain Terrace.

With spring on the horizon, Earth Day encourages families to learn more about the planet and how to care for it. Kids can create crafts using recycled materials and take part in an interactive performance by eco-rapper Hila the Earth, while parents can participate in a kid and baby stuff swap in Overlook to trade gently used items for kids.

NYC’s most famous food takes center stage for the final day of Kids Week! Make your very own clay pizza in Overlook, and even take it on a delivery around the Park to one of our kiosks. Kids can participate in a larger-than-life pizza poll in Overlook to rank their favorite toppings and pizza shapes. If you’re feeling hungry by the end of the event, visit the Casa Toscana kiosk in Bryant Park for pizza available for purchase.
