Kids Week: Quest for Gold

Kids Week kicks off with an exciting commemoration of the Winter Games, adding onto the Winter Village’s month-long programming. Kids can pay a visit to the iceless Curling lanes during our kids-only hours, add to the peaks and valleys of a miniature Winter Games stadium in Overlook, or craft their very own torch perfect for a gold medalist.

Imagination Playground
Overlook, 9:30am-noon
Warm up from the cold and explore the Imagination Playground, a play space where kids can let their creativity lead the way or follow a prompt set by our daily themes. On Quest for the Gold Day, get into the spirit of the Winter Games by creating a course to carry your victory torch through!

Victory Torch Craft
Overlook, 9:30am-noon
Create your own victory torch to carry through the Winter Village. Let everyone know you're a champion!

Little Stadium
Overlook, 9:30am-noon
Use art supplies and recycled materials to help contribute to Winter Village's little stadium. Create a minature Winter Sports athlete and add hills, ramps, skating rinks, and more for them to practice on!

Fan Zone
Overlook, 9:30am-noon
Visit our Fan Zone and choose a temporary tattoo of a Winter Games champion country! Available on a first come, first served basis.

Kids-Only Curling
Black Deck, 10am-noon
Try this winter sport favorite for yourself at the iceless Curling lanes available on the Upper Terrace facing the William Cullen Bryant statue, behind the bobsled photo op.
