We are excited to have our free Tuesday morning yoga class back on the Upper Terrace this summer! Registration is required this year, and please bring your own mat*, water, and a towel as needed. Masks are recommended, and attendance will be capped to allow for proper social distancing.

*Bryant Park is not supplying yoga mats for class. Be sure to bring your own!

Holly "Bird" Colino has an on and off again love affair with movement her whole life - it all began on 4-wheeled roller skates. Those skates became a BFA in Modern dance from University of The Arts in Philadelphia. Modern dance led her to NYC where she danced for local companies and apprenticed with The Martha Graham Dance Company. Dance brought her into the world of yoga, where she seeked a movement practice that uplifted vs critiqued and used the body to transform the mind. Holly has 10,000+ hours of teaching under her belt, 1000+ hours of training from Yoga to Positive psychology to anatomy, has led 30+ Yoga teacher trainings, and has 15 years of teaching experience within New York City, Seattle, and California. She has taught for numerous studios- Yoga to the People, Vera Yoga, Tangerine, Heatwise, Jewel City Yoga, YogaSpark, The Yoga Room, NP Rock, and currently teaches in and around New York and Philadelphia for her own company Move With Love. Holly's classes are a combination of all of her training- dance, vinyasa yoga, hatha, restorative, meditation, breathwork, prenatal/postnatal, applied positive psychology, and art. They are filled with love, levity, play, spirituality, and Philly sass. Her classes are inspired by the world around me and the world within me which makes them creative, alignment-based, and themed practices that can revolve around a myriad of topics from a painting at The Met to an ancient yoga text. Mainly, Holly wants to empower her students to feel good in the body they live in one breath at a time and to always trust their inner teacher. Holly is an advocate for making wellness more accessible and available to all- so she is so excited to teach for Bryant Park!

We recommend arriving to class 15 minutes early so you can check in and roll out your mat. Please note: this summer the park is not providing mats, so bring your own!

We are thrilled to continue offering digital sessions on Wednesday evenings at 6pm! If you can't make it to the park, practice with us digitally on our Instagram page @bryantparknyc.

Please join us a few minutes before 6pm on class day on our IGTV or look for a notice on your page that the park is going live.
