Boxing
New this summer: boxing classes hosted by Gorilla Vinny Training! With a focus on fundamentals and conditioning, this all-levels class teaches basic strikes, defensive movements, footwork, and classic shadow boxing drills.
Each class includes an orientation, warm up, punching combinations, drills, calisthenics, and stretching. Bring boxing gloves if you have them. No prior experience is necessary, but participants should be in good physical shape with no objections from their healthcare providers. Pre-registration is required at the button below. Please note, all registered participants should come 30-15 minutes early to check in and sign waivers. We will take the first 50 participants to show up. Walk-ins are welcomed at 5:45pm to fill for any no-shows.
