About the performers
Jordan Carlos is a stand up comedian, writer and actor who co-starred and wrote on the first season of “Everything’s Trash” (Freeform). He has also written for “Divorce” (HBO), written/performed for “The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore” (Comedy Central), and “First Wives Club” (BET). He also appeared on Black Mirror (Netflix) and the “Home Alone” reboot on Disney+.
Chris Turner is a multifaceted and accomplished comedian recognized for his brilliant wordplay and engaging storytelling. In 2022, Chris initiated a residency in Las Vegas, headlining in Cirque Du Soleil's latest production, Mad Apple, the inaugural Cirque show to incorporate stand-up comedy. In September 2021, he made a noteworthy appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, marking him as the first British comedian to grace the stage, earning a standing ovation.
Sammy Buttons has had a New York Times article written about him and his life. In the 1990s, he founded a bike messenger company, but after the loss of a friend and the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, he found renewed inspiration to follow his true passion for music, and ever since has been getting a lot of recognition for his hard work as a street performer in areas such as Union Square and Grand Central Station.
