This summer our free Tuesday morning yoga class is back on the Upper Terrace! Please register for each class and bring your own mat (the park does not provide yoga mats). We also recommend bringing water and a towel. Our yoga classes are appropriate for all levels.

Kristen Schultz Dollard has curated the Bryant Park Yoga series for twelve years. She currently works as a marketing consultant for mission-oriented brands and small businesses primarily in the health and wellness space. Kristen recently served as the vice president of community and product marketing at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Prior to IIN she was the brand director of Yoga Journal. She was part of the launch team at Women's Health Magazine and spent time at Good Morning America, SELF, Christie's and Spartan. After 16 years of Cecchetti ballet training and exams, she was certified in ISHTA yoga by Yogi Raj Alan Finger and later completed a 200-hour vinyasa yoga training with Baron Baptiste. As a working mother of two, her mission is to share wellness tools like yoga and meditation with as many people around the globe to support our collective mental health and wellness. Her yoga also keeps her mentally and physically sharp for tennis.
