Due to popular demand, Bryant Park is restoring its signature yoga series to once again offer twice weekly free classes. The series runs from May 25 through August 24, with classes at 10am Tuesday mornings on the Upper Terrace, and 6pm Wednesday evenings on the lawn. All levels are welcome!

Registration is required. By pre-registering, you will receive weather updates and will be completing the waiver in advance (view the waiver here).

We recommend arriving to class 15 minutes early so you can sign in and roll out your mat.
Our classes are free and open to the public! All levels will enjoy participating in our yoga classes, thanks to the skill of our experienced teachers.
Your own yoga mat! This summer the park is not providing mats, so be sure to bring your own.
Water to keep hydrated during class, and a towel if needed.
