Scarves handmade with love by Bryant Park knitters

This season, over 650 scarves were donated by knitters all over the world. Some of the scarves were created over the summer at Bryant Park during weekly knitting classes taught by the beloved Knitty City, while others were donated by mail from knitters far and beyond. While most of these scarves have already been donated to Barrier Free Living, CUCS, Breaking Ground, and the NYC Asylum Seeker Response, we’ll continue the tradition of setting up a display of scarves on the Fountain Terrace.

Visitors are welcome to take a scarf if they are cold, or give it to someone in need.
