Perfect your downward dog at our free yoga classes
Bryant Park’s renowned summer yoga series returns beginning Wednesday, June 16! Join us digitally on our Instagram or live in the park, and enjoy a weekly Wednesday evening class hosted on the park’s lawn. Both options are free!
We welcome all levels of practice. Every pose can be modified, adapted or adjusted to your liking.
In-person class registration + info
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols and in accordance with New York State guidelines, participants must pre-register for in-person classes this year. Sign up here.
We recommend arriving to class 15 minutes early so you can register and roll out your mat. Please note: this summer the park is not providing mats, so bring your own!
Can’t make it to the park, or didn’t register? Join us on our IGTV! More info below.

How do I join the class digitally?
After great success hosting virtual yoga last summer, we are thrilled to continue offering digital sessions while bringing back in-person classes this June!
To join digitally please be sure to follow our Instagram page @bryantparknyc and join us a few minutes before 6pm on class day on our IGTV, or look for a notice on your page that the park is going live.
What should I bring?
For virtual classes: Use your yoga mat or a towel and find a quiet space with enough room for your practice.
For classes in the park: To ensure all yogi’s feel safe and comfortable, we are asking that guests bring their own mats to class this summer. We also recommend a towel, water, and positive attitude, namaste!
